My client, based in the Paddington area, is looking for a Project Accountant to join their expanding team. This role, within a housing organisation, is responsible for the budget and profit calculations for the development side of the business. Working within a larger team, this position reports into the Finance Manager.

Main duties:

� Producing profit calculations, budgets and forecasting
� Calculating capitalised interest
� Reconciling balance sheets
� Compiling audit packs
� Producing management accounts


Ideal candidate:

� ACA, ACCA, CIMA part-qualified
� 2+ years� experience in a similar role
� Knowledge of SUN system : desirable
� Strong on MS Office
