My client, based in the Paddington area, is looking for a Project Accountant to join their expanding team. This role, within a housing organisation, is responsible for the budget and profit calculations for the development side of the business. Working within a larger team, this position reports into the Finance Manager.

Main duties:

• Producing profit calculations, budgets and forecasting
• Calculating capitalised interest
• Reconciling balance sheets
• Compiling audit packs
• Producing management accounts


Ideal candidate:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA part-qualified
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of SUN system : desirable
• Strong on MS Office
