A fantastic opportunity has arisen to Join the Residential Conveyancing Team of a Leading Firm.
Our Client is seeking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their office in Blackpool.
You will have at least 1 year experience of running a high caseload of a wide range of conveyancing matters. You will have dealt with sales, purchases, transfers of equity, re-mortgage along with new builds. You will have freehold and leasehold experience and must be used to working in a busy environment working towards targets.


Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licenced Conveyancer/FILEX.


Full time working from either our Blackpool or St Annes office.


M-F, 9-5.30pm with one hour for lunch. Salary dependent on experience £25-£35k. Ideally somebody who has experience of case management systems.
