PURCHASE LEDGER CLERK - WAKEFIELD

A rare and exciting opportunity has come up to work with a well-established equipment rental company based in Wakefield. The position has arose due to the company expansion and requirements meaning this is a brand new role to work for a progressive and fast paced company. You should have previous purchase ledger experience and preferably knowledge of Sage 50.

SUMMARY

• 37.5 hours per week (Mon : Fri)
• Progression
• Wakefield based : good transport links
• Competitive salary - £15,000 - £17,000


KEY DUTIES

• Matching, batching and coding of invoices
• Reconciling delivery notes to invoices and purchase orders
• Bank reconciliation
• Taking incoming calls from clients
• Managing and maintaining petty cash and credit card receipts etc



IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 years’ experience working as a Purchase Ledger Clerk and also the drive to learn and excel within the role. My client is looking to pay between £15,000 - £17,000 dependant on the candidate’s experience.
