A medium-sized boutique IFA practice based in Wolverhampton are looking to add support to their existing team due to an influx of new business.

The ideal candidate will be as follows:

• DipFA Qualified and interested in becoming chartered
• 3 years’ experience as a paraplanner at a chartered IFA firm or consultancy rather than a bank/provider
• Highly experienced in writing valuation reports and suitability letters
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, life and investment products
• Experience using wrap platforms and back office systems such as Avelo
• A keen eye for detail and administrative experience


In a position that can lead to either senior management or becoming an IFA, it is imperative that candidates are aware of the Financial Services market, have strong experience post RDR, and can be credible in front of clients.

As this is a client-facing paraplanning role, it is important to note that the successful applicant will receive a broad exposure to the workload, and this will be an interesting and exciting role.
