Job Information

Cameron James are working with a well-known online fashion retailer who are looking for an HR Generalist Advisor to support their current HR team. This will be a long term contract position with a view to a quick start date.

The company is highly people centric so are looking for someone who can empathise with people, communicate well at all levels and offer a professional image of the HR team.

The main duties involved are:

• To act as the first point of contact for HR queries
• To support and develop recruitment campaigns, handling budgets and timescales
• Assist in training and development for new starts, and continuous professional development
• Ensuring that all HR issues are assessed fairly and consistently complying with legal and company requirements
• To support the HR Manager with all ER matters.
• To work in partnership with operational team on recruitment, resourcing, development, performance management and employee relations.
• Work closely with the HR team to deliver business initiatives
• Use Management Information to ensure all HR related areas are controlled commercially


The successful candidate will have:

• Generalist HR experience covering Recruitment, Attendance, performance Management, Projects etc
• Demonstrable experience of working with and advising line managers
• First class IT, administration and communication skills
• CIPD qualified
• Confidence and Gravitas to work across all aspects of the business
• Ideally have come from a Retail or Manufacturing environment
• The ability to prioritise across a heavy workload
