Job Information

A highly regarded and prestigious IFA business in Luton are looking to expand their current support function. Due to a combination of retained clients, new business and additional IFA recruits, they are now in a position to consider adding 2 Client Services Administrators.

• Experience supporting an IFA or Wealth Manager (not coming from banking or provider backgrounds)
• Qualified to DipFA or studying for these examinations
• Experience in processing new business, putting together research and assisting with product selection
• Knowledge and experience of writing suitability reports on pensions, life and investment products
• Organised, credible and knowledgeable. Able to liaise with clients and third party providers in a professional and efficient manner.


As this is a smaller firm, exposure to workloads will be broad and interesting. Opportunities to develop and grow will be available to the successful candidate, as this firm will be expecting large amounts of new business over the next 12 months. As such, this is a rare and fantastic opportunity.

An above-market average salary will be on offer for candidates of the right calibre, between £22,000-£32,000 dependent on experience and qualifications. Study support is also available alongside other competitive benefits, and part time candidates are able to be considered.
