Responsibilities of the Commercial Account Handler:



• Working within an experienced team servicing the Insurance needs of their highly valued commercial small business unit clients
• Principally involved with Asset Protection, Commercial Liability, Marine D&O, Business Interuption and Professional Indemnity insurances
• Advising and liaising with Clients, Insurers, Underwriters and internal Account Executives
• Invoicing and Credit Control
• Assist in the resolution of claims queries




Requirements for the Commercial Account Handler:

• 6 months + Insurance experience within an Insurer or Broker environment
• Commercial, Small Business Unit, Commercial, Liability or Property insurance experience
• Willingness to commit to undertaking the CII Exams
• Excellent communication skills : written and verbal
• Fluent in the English language
• Easily commutable distance to Gillingham / Happy to relocate
