My client is a successful Financial Planning firm based in central london. Due to expansion they now have a need for a AUTO ENROLMENT ADMINISTRATOR & EMPLOYEE BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR to join their fRIM

MAIN DUTIES:

• Preparation of review reports using templates
• Obtaining scheme and portfolio valuations as appropriate
• Processing of Corporate client or associated employee applications, whilst ensuring permissible contribution limits are adhered too
• Execution of fact find and meeting note supplemental requirements
• Establishing and maintaining effective regular communication with the Corporate client, its appointed scheme administrator(s) and its employees as required
• Acquisition of employee data as required in an electronic format for the purposes of administering changes to pension and employee benefit arrangements

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

It is likely that the candidate fulfilling this position will have relevant industry experience, whilst holding at least the Financial Planning Certificate Papers I, II and III or their equivalents.

In addition, the candidate would be expected to be working towards CII Diploma qualifications, if not already attained.

Whilst training would be facilitated in relation to specific back office systems, experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook would be advantageous to the candidate fulfilling this position.

The candidate's role will involve dealing with a range of pension and employee benefit arrangements and as such a strong pensions knowledge would be required
