My client, based in the Stanmore area, is looking for an Assistant Accountant to join their expanding organisation. This role, within a property management organisation, is a vital part of the team and needs someone who has a hands on attitude. Working within a team of 3, this role reports into the Accountant.

Main duties:

� Assisting with Management accounts
� Entering journals, prepayments and accruals
� Performing VAT returns
� Assisting with external audit
� Maintaining ledgers
� Performing balance sheet reconciliations
� Assisting with statutory accounts


Ideal candidate:

� 4+ years� in a similar role
� Knowledge of QuickBooks : essential
� Experience within a construction/property company
� Flexible approach to day to day tasks
