My client, a leading business consultancy, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding organisation. This role, based in the Finchley area, is a telephone based role but will need someone who has the ability to understand analytical information and work on their own initiative, within a team of 3. Working within this dynamic team, this role reports into the Operations Manager.

Main duties:

• Dealing/Resolving inbound customer queries
• Gaining customer information
• Resolving any payroll issues
• Advising on contracts
• Dealing with a range of clients in a professional manner
• General administration


Ideal candidate:

• 2+ years’ in a similar telephone based role
• Ability to understand numerical figures
• Great communication skills and personable approach
• Excellent telephone manner


This role will best suit someone who is looking to join an outstanding organisation that will offer progression in the long run.
