My client, a leading business consultancy, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding organisation. This role, based in the Finchley area, is a telephone based role but will need someone who has the ability to understand analytical information and work on their own initiative, within a team of 3. Working within this dynamic team, this role reports into the Operations Manager.Main duties:
Dealing/Resolving inbound customer queries
Gaining customer information
Resolving any payroll issues
Advising on contracts
Dealing with a range of clients in a professional manner
General administration
Ideal candidate:
2+ years in a similar telephone based role
Ability to understand numerical figures
Great communication skills and personable approach
Excellent telephone manner
