Commercial Underwriting Team Manager
Location : Chelmsford
Salary - £30,000 - £40,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits

This growing company now have a vacancy for a Commercial Underwriting Team Manager.


Responsibilities of the Commercial Underwriting Team Leader:


� Lead and coach a team of eight underwriters
� Project management in order to shape and influence the department
� Focus on Commercial Combined and Property Owners Insurance
� Provide technical support and advice to all team members
� Carry out all management duties including reviews, MI Reporting etc.



Requirements for the Commercial Underwriting Team Manager:

� 3+ Years of experience within a Senior Commercial Underwriter role
� Technical knowledge of Commercial Underwriting
� CII Qualifications are advantageous
� Natural leader who can coach and guide a team
� Computer Literate
� Live within commutable distance to Chelmsford or happy to relocate
