IMMEDIATE START - PURCHASE LEDGER CLERK - LEEDS

A rare and exciting opportunity has come up to work with a well-established company based in Leeds. My client is looking for a keen, experienced and bubbly Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their Finance team due to the company requirements increasing. SUMMARY

• 37.5 hours per week (Mon : Fri)
• Leeds based : good transport links

KEY DUTIES

• Matching, batching and coding of invoices
• Reconciling delivery notes to invoices and purchase orders
• Dealing with payment queries
• Process purchase ledger transactions accurately and within a timely manner
• Complying with company policy and procedures
• Processing BACS payments and preparing cheques
• To assist the Finance Manager with any financial tasks


IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Purchase Ledger Clerk and also the drive to learn and excel within the role. My client is looking to pay between £16,000 - £18,000 dependant on the candidate’s experience.
