My client is currently looking for a Part Qualified Accountant to join their expanding company. This is an excellent opportunity to join an exciting, busy company. Candidates must have previous experience working in a Production/Media company





You will be acting as the mediator between Head of Finance and the production management team with the main role being to help manage the production spend for the events. This is a standalone position but working as part of a larger team so you must have experience working in a hands on position.


Duties include:
• Coordinating and managing the budgets
• Assisting with budgeting queries
• Monitoring budget against performance regularly
• Consolidating budget information on quarterly forecast
• Reporting the results to management and escalating any issues
• Reviewing and authorising purchase invoices
• Processing payment runs
• Dealing with supplier queries
• Posting of journals
• Producing analysis for head of finance
• Fixed asset accounting
• Coordinating foreign VAT reclaims


Essential skills
• Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA
• SAP experience
• Production/Media experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong Excel skills
