My not for profit client is currently recruiting for a Business Analyst on a one year fixed term position. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant.

The role is to assist the Finance and Budget Analyst and Senior Management Accountant in the preparation of annual budget, forecasts, strategic plans, business plan and rolling budgets.

You will have strong analytical skills as you will need to analyse and improve financial information available

Duties include:

• Providing financial support and advice to the budget holders
• Assisting with preparing and presenting the monthly management accounts
• Preparing of reports for the Board
• Ensuring new referrals contracts are signed and correct
• Looking at figures and analysing the content and implementing any necessary changes
• Assisting with performing Monthly spot audits of invoicing/income collection
• Ensuring all final erotas are submitted on timely basis
• Reviewing and analysing to ensure accurate
• Reviewing and proposing improvements to all financial procedures
• Supporting senior finance team in all aspects of management


Essential skills:

• ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified
• Not for profit experience
• Able to commit to role on one year contract
