Estimator - Facilities Company

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, we are recruiting an exciting opportunity for an Estimator to join our client. Our client is an expanding Facilities Company, with a reputation for impeccable service that has seen them become a key partner in their customers operations.

As an Estimator your role will involve pricing projects ranging from £500 to £50,000.

The main duties of the Estimator include:

� Responsible for producing quotations from information supplied by Engineers and Sub-Contractors in all formats such as emails, photos, hard copies and verbal information.
� Contact with customers and clients
� Producing quotations from our bespoke software


Essential qualities of the Estimator include:

� Knowledge of the FM and Maintenance industry
� IT literate with experience in MS Word and Excel
� Understanding of P & L / Margins
� Attention to detail


The hours of work are 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday
