Stores Controller / Stock Controller / Inventory Controller

We are working on behalf of our client who are a specialist manufacturer who sell their bespoke products across the globe. Our client is actively seeking a stores controller / stock controller / inventory controller to join a team currently based in Farnborough.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep up to date stock control of all goods in / out of the business.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and inventory measurement.
• Assisting with expediting orders and placing orders with foreign suppliers.
• Liaise with internal departments and suppliers regarding any shortages/damages.
• Ensuring on-time delivery of scheduled orders.


Key Requirements:

• Previous experience within materials/logistics, preferably within an automotive or manufacturing ideal but not essential as training will be given.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organisational and planning skills.
• Good numeracy and literacy.
• The ability to pre-empt, recognise and respond to customer expectations.
• Self-motivated and able to work off own initiative.
• Confident in using I.T software packages but training given.
• A 'Can do' attitude to all activities
