Our client has a need for a Commercial Account Handler to further strengthen the commercial and corporate proposition. We are looking for handlers that have strong commercial insurance experience across a range of products.
We will look at a mix of experience as the team operates between £2,000 GWP up to £100,000 GWP. The client is flexible in regards to experience however to reach the higher end of the salary you will need more exposure to the top end of the experience level.
Excellent career opportunities will be available with this broker, who are well known and successful within the sector. The role will sit in the mixed Corporate team based out of the Leeds area.

Role Requirements

Conducting Mid-Term Adjustments, Renewals and some New Business Quotations
Acting as technical referral point for the team
Solid knowledge of commercial and or corporate insurance.
Providing a first class customer service experience for all clients
Compliance with FSA guidelines
Working closely with other Account Handlers / Executive and Directors
Participate within regular team meetings and meet on occasions with clients
Cross selling where possible to existing clients

Candidate Requirements

Must have previous commercial insurance experience within a brokerage 3 years plus.
Experience in dealing with commercial premiums between £2000 - £100,000.
Ideally have insurance qualifications CII or above, however not essential.
Knowledge of Acturis preferred but not essential.
