We are looking for a Varieties Supply Administrator to join our client�s team.

You�ll be working to deliver an efficient and effective supply chain from food producers through their production process to deliver top quality products.

The successful candidate will have the following key accountabilities:

� Supplier orders and seasonal food programmes
� Stock Management
� Invoice and credit note processing
� Month end reporting
� Expediting and ensuring supply delivery


The successful candidate will need to have:

� Experience in supply chain processes
� Fluent in spoken and written English.
� Working knowledge of Spanish language (helpful but not essential)
� Knowledge of fresh produce and / or experience of working with horticultural/plant products (preferred but not essential)
� Experience of working in a customer facing environment.
� Demonstration of strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
� Proven Time management skills: Accustomed to working with and meeting time critical deadlines.
� IT skills : at ease with IT software including Word, Excel.
� Numerate. Experienced in data analysis.
