Job Information

We are looking for a Varieties Supply Administrator to join our client’s team.

You’ll be working to deliver an efficient and effective supply chain from food producers through their production process to deliver top quality products.

The successful candidate will have the following key accountabilities:

• Supplier orders and seasonal food programmes
• Stock Management
• Invoice and credit note processing
• Month end reporting
• Expediting and ensuring supply delivery


The successful candidate will need to have:

• Experience in supply chain processes
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Working knowledge of Spanish language (helpful but not essential)
• Knowledge of fresh produce and / or experience of working with horticultural/plant products (preferred but not essential)
• Experience of working in a customer facing environment.
• Demonstration of strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven Time management skills: Accustomed to working with and meeting time critical deadlines.
• IT skills : at ease with IT software including Word, Excel.
• Numerate. Experienced in data analysis.
