My client is currently recruiting for a Senior Commercial Analyst with at least 2/3 years post qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) The purpose of the role is to manage the finance and commercial activities and provide insight into margins and provide advice for future planning of the business.


Duties include:
• Year end accruals and prepayments
• Statutory financial audits and dealing with queries
• Accruals and prepayments, journals,
• Analysing accounts
• Management account reports
• Interpreting financial results
• Preparing reports for board meetings
• Measuring, reporting and analysing business performance including working capital
• Cost and margin analysis
• Investment appraisals
• Financial competitor research analysis
• Periodic forecasting
• Managing foreign exchange
• Implementing changes to ensure effective business
• Complying with legal and statutory obligations


Key skills:
• Professional finance qualification with 2/3 years post qual experience
• Second language (Spanish) beneficial
• Proven team management experience
• Ideal Navision experience
• Fresh produce industry background


Offering competitive salary of up to £55k dependent on experience
