My Charity client based in Central London is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join a busy hands on team on a 6 month contract. Candidates must have previous experience managing a team and be Qualified or Qualified By Experience with charity/NHS/Care home experience

Duties include:

Providing Financial support and advice to management and budget holders

�
Ensuring compliant with policies

�
Overseeing the payroll department

�
Day to day cashflow

�
Assisting with the preparation of the management accounts

�
Reporting to the Board

�
Balance sheet reconciliations

�
Assisting and supporting the sales ledger

�
Ensuring debtor days are kept to a minimum

�
Monthly debtor analysis

�
Managing year end and preparing of P45, P60 P11ds

�
Checking and authorising the payroll

�
Overseeing supplier payments

�
Checking and overseeing the Purchase ledger

�
Supporting the management of daily cashflow

�
Cash flow forecasts

�
Managing a team

�
Appraisals and leading the team



Key skills:

�
Managing a team (min 5 years experience)

�
All round accounts experience

�
Qualification - ACCA/ACA/CIMA or QBE

�
Navision experience (ideal but not essential)



The role is offering a competitive salary of c£38k - £40k dependent on experience and is a 6 month contract with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate
