Cameron James are working with a creative agency who are are looking for an all round Accountancy and Finance professional who can take on not only the companies accounts but actively manage the office environment and equipment too.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas of accountancy and will be able to adapt effectively to office administration duties.

The Role:

• Actively managing all areas of the Purchase Ledger including processing, reporting and full payment runs
• Managing all areas of the Sales Ledger and Credit Control including aged debtor report and cash allocation
• Management accounts, accruals, quarterly VAT returns, cash book management, bank reconciliations and nominal ledger
• Monthly payroll for 2 offices total of 12 staff including deductions, NI, tax, tax coding, new starters, recent leavers etc.
• P11d's, P60's and P32
• Adhoc office duties such as office stationary, watering plants, company insurance, updating and renewing licences, organising client meetings and more


The Candidate:

• Candidate must have experience within accountancy
• You must have done end to end payroll, purchase ledger and credit control
• Experience with management accounts and accruals is desirable
• Diverse skill set, willing to get stuck into anything as required
• Experience when running an office is desirable
