ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT / FINANCE ASSISTANT - SKIPTON

An exciting new opportunity has arose to work for a health care manufacturing company based in North Yorkshire. My client is looking for a confident and ambitious professional who is looking for a stable role within an established and forward thinking company. Ideally require someone to hit the ground running on a permanent and full time basis. Flexible salary dependant on your experience and also good company benefits with progression routes!

• 37.5 hours : 3.45pm finish on a Friday

KEY DUTIES

• Assisting and dealing with all aspects of the ledgers
• Reporting directly to the financial controller


• Preparing Monthly reconciliation
• Supporting month end (posting journals and balance sheet accounts)
• VAT Reporting and Sales Reporting
• Responsible for Bank and sub-ledger reconciliation
• Assisting the payroll process
• Ah hoc request from Finance Manager




IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within such a role, furthermore my client would like the individuals to be familiar with Sage.
