Cameron James are working with a well-known online fashion retailer who are looking for a Permanent PART TIME HR Advisor to support their current HR team. This will be for 25 hours a week working 8:30am- 13:30pm Mon-Fri.

The company is highly people centric so are looking for someone who can empathise with people, communicate well at all levels and offer a professional image of the HR team.

The main duties involved are:

� To act as the first point of contact for HR queries
� To support and develop recruitment campaigns, handling budgets and time scales
� Assist in training and development for new starts, and continuous professional development
� Ensuring that all HR issues are assessed fairly and consistently complying with legal and company requirements
� To support the HR Manager with all ER matters.
� To work in partnership with operational team on recruitment, resourcing, development, performance management and employee relations.


The successful candidate will have:

� Generalist HR experience covering Recruitment, Attendance, performance Management, Projects etc.
� Demonstrable experience of working with and advising line managers
� First class IT, administration and communication skills
� CIP qualified
� Confidence and Gravitas to work across all aspects of the business
