Cameron James are delighted to be working in partnership with an innovative charity, looking for an HR Advisor for a unique stand-alone role in the organisation. Based out of Leeds this role will involve travel across the Yorkshire and North West areas providing support and advice to various business units.

The main areas of responsibility will cover:

• Workforce planning such as Recruitment support and process inputting in conjunction with managers
• Manage Employee Relationships, offering an open door policy and embedding core values of the company
• Support the Managers with grievance, disciplinary and capability investigations and hearings
• Deliver Key projects across the HR spectrum from business change to new initiatives and Employment Law changes
• Help to drive the Charity’s performance by driving key business objectives
• Following the company guidelines, assist in Appraisal and Reward assessments and delivery
• Work in Partnership with all Managers within the geographical area
• Engage with key stakeholders to deliver key objectives across the business
• Cover all Generalist aspects of HR support


The ideal person:

• Will have ideally worked as a standalone HR Advisor previously or have demonstrable skills to handle this position
• Will have the ability to build professional credibility quickly
• Be CIPD qualified
• Be able to take decisions and offer advice confidently at a senior level.
