Job Information

My client, an international Law firm, is looking for a temporary candidate to join them full-time on a rolling contract. This position, based in the Brighton area, would involve joining an expanding team to assist with the day to day operation of the Accounts Department.

Main duties:

• Posting of cheques
• Handling petty cash
• Inputting of expenses
• Maintaining ledgers
• Processing all payments
• Any other ad hoc duties


Ideal candidate:

• Similar role within a law firm
• Comfortable with dealing with staff at all levels
• IMMEDIATELY available
• Knowledge of IRIS, Indigo systems : desirable
• Proficient with MS Excel
