My client, an academic organisation, is looking for a Finance Officer to join their expanding team on a temporary role of 25 hours per week. This position, based in the Loughton area, is a vital part of an accounts function reporting into the Finance Manager.

Main duties:

� Maintaining ledgers
� Getting accounts to trial balance
� Assisting in the production of accounts reports
� Assisting with budget preparation
� Dealing with high volumes invoices
� Handling all accounts queries
� General accounts administration


Ideal candidate:

� AAT qualified/finalist
� 2+ years in a similar role
� IMMEDIATELY available
� Proficient with Excel
