An established and growing independent broker are in the process of expanding their Direct Client team and seeking an experienced SME Account Handler for this role.
Duties of the Account Handler Role:
• Assist clients directly with regards to business cover
• Build strong relationships with clients
• Manage accounts : answering any queries
• Dealing with premiums from £500 - £40,000
• Provide quotes for commercial insurance including Motor Fleet, Property, Commercial Combined, Liability and Packages.
• Preparing presentations for insurers
• Utilising e-trade systems and schemes
Requirements for the Account Handler Role:
• At least 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance
• Certificate of Insurance desirable - at least working towards
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication : written and verbal
• Live within commutable distance of the office
