ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR


A new and exciting position has arose for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join a busy and dynamic civil and structural engineering consultancy business based in Leeds City Centre. My client is looking to recruit on a Full Time or Part Time basis for the right candidate - dependant on the candidates’ experience. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years’ experience within accounts and be confident in managing the sales and purchase ledger.


SUMMARY



• 20 hours : 40 hours (full time or part time)
• Good transport routes / free parking
• Career progression (multiple companies)
• 28 days holiday (including bank holiday)


MAIN DUTIES
• Updating and maintaining all ledgers
• Processing invoices
• Dealing with queries
• Petty cash
• Credit control : chasing outstanding debt
• Reconciling invoices
• Statement runs
• ADHOC duties


IDEAL CANDIDATE


This role is ideal for either a junior accountancy professional looking to utilise their current skill set and learn / excel within the role preferably on a full time basis. Alternately, a more senior professional or someone who has a number of years’ experience dealing with all area of the ledger on a full time or part time basis. Minimum 2 years’ experience of working in a Finance background
