Job Information

My client, based in the Central London area, is looking for a temporary Purchase Ledger on an ongoing contract. This role, a vital part of the accounts function, would be based within a larger team and would report into the Finance Manager.

Main duties:

• Processing invoices
• Reconciling delivery notes to invoices and purchase orders
• Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts
• Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
• Process business expenses returns
• Processing BACS payments and preparing cheques
• Complying with company policy and procedures


Ideal candidate:

• Ability to commit to a temporary candidate
• 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills
