My Leeds based practice client is currently recruiting for an Accountant to join their business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team and the successful candidate will be proactive and someone who is confident dealing with external clients on a daily basis.


Candidates will be considered who have a minimum of 3 years experience within accounts either in industry or are looking to make the move into practice.


Duties will include:
• Preparing year end accounts
• Quarterly VAT returns
• Monthly management accounts
• Meeting with clients
• Tax computations
• General bookkeeping


Looking for someone who is interested in learning more about forecasting, cashflows with a view to training junior staff in the long term.

• Working as part of a team as well as on own initiative
