Our client is a specialist Property & Liability Loss Adjusters are currently seeking a EL/PL Claims Handlers to join their already impressive and growing liability team based in Leeds.



This is a great chance to join a reputable independent broker within the UK that can offer great scope for progression onto more technical and challenging positions.

You will be part of an established desktop team, supporting large clients with their growing portfolio of PLiability claims, with day to day duties including but not limited to;-

• Manage own case load of claims on a cradle to grave basis with an agreed authority.

• Deal with claims on behalf of a corporate client from beginning to end where appropriate

• Dealing with telephone queries and correspondence within agreed service criteria.

• Dealing with and liaising with insurers, Solicitors, Adjusters, suppliers and clients as appropriate.

• Efficient and effective management of portfolio with excellent attention to detail and pro-active claims handling to include effective use of the diary system.

• Ensure compliance with relevant protocols and legislation.

• Ensure personal targets are met and work prioritised effectively

This is a demanding role that will involve making critical decisions and managing the expectations of a large corporate client. You will have previous experience of handling EL and PL claims, with experience of Personal a significant advantage. You will be organised and diligent and able to prioritise your own case load and use your own initiative in a technical environment.
