PURCHASE LEDGER CLERK!

IMMEDIATE ROLE! A new and exciting role has just arose to work for a fast paced, industry leading company based in Halifax. My client is looking for a self-motivated, ambitious and dedicated professional to join their team of 4 as a Purchase Ledger Clerk working on a full time, permanent basis utilising your current skill set and excelling within the role. Very competitive salary and good company benefits available!

SUMMARY

� Up to £18,000 : dependant on experience
� 37.5 Hours per week
� Purchase ledger experience (min 2 years)
� Competitive salary
� 20 days holiday + bank holidays
� Free parking / good transport route



MAIN DUTIES

� Matching, batching and processing high value and high volume invoices on a daily basis
� Maintaining the purchase day book
� Preparing payment runs
� Maintaining petty cash
� Bank reconciliations
� General office duties
� Working very closely to the financial director



IDEAL CANDIDATE
This role is ideal for either a junior accountancy professional looking to utilise their current skill set and learn / excel within the role, or alternatively a more senior professional who has sustained a career within purchase ledger and looking to bring knowledge and experience to the role.
