Job Information

My client are an established independent broker and they are looking for an experienced claims professional to step in to a Claims Manager role at their office in Leeds.

With offices across the UK, they cover a variation of both personal and commercial business lines.

Within this role you will be responsible for managing the operations within a small team of 4 staff who handle a broad range of claims for commercial and connected clients.

� Handling any technical claims
� Dealing with any complaints
� Ensure a rapid turnaround for all claims
� Allocate work to the team accordingly
� Manage training, audits, policies & procedures
� This position will report directly to two office Directors, who oversees the main function of the claims department in this particular office.


Experience Required

� 5 Years + Commercial Claims Experience
� Cert CII minimum (desirable)
� Team Management skills
� Be able to lead by example
� Live within commutable distance to the office


Salary £30,000 (negotiable and dependent upon experience) along with an excellent benefits package.
