Commercial Insurance Account Handler
Location: Hounslow, Middlesex
Salary: £18,000 - £24,000 + 20 Days Holiday ++

The position of Commercial Account Handler:


� Work closely with management in broking new and existing business
� Renewals
� Mid Term Adjustments
� Handling Claims
� Maintaining the high customer retention rate
� Answering any queries / complaints



The requirements for the Commercial Account Handler:


� Experienced in the Insurance industry transacting Commercial Insurance contracts new business and renewals
� Familiarity of Commercial SME Packages, Property Owners and Liability Contracts
� A positive attitude, a willingness to learn and who would like to join a small but growing firm
� Progress towards CII qualifications essential
� Computer skills : Open GI (MISYS) would be beneficial along with Word and Excel
� Excellent written and oral communication skills
� Customer focussed
