My client based in Central London is currently recruiting for someone on a full time basis as a Tax Assistant.

Duties include:

� Preparing and submitting VAT returns for UK and Ireland
� Liaising with colleagues within the group
� Submitting monthly Intrastat dispatches and arrivelas reports
� Preparing and submitting of monthly and quarterly ECSL and VIES Declarations
� Notifying the relevant team and clients of VAT payments, repayments
� Assisting with queries to VAT repayments
� Assisating with personal tax complance matters including preparing of income tax returns and computatoins
� Managing and updating inhouse database
� Liaising with HMRC and clients
� Ad hoc support to the tax team


Key skills:

� Strong Excel skills
� Experience of VAT intra - EU supplies
� Experience of working in VAT Compliance department
� Part Qualified - AAT/ATT
� Previous experience in dealing with Non-UK domiciled individuals
