My client, a facilities management organisation, is looking for an Assistant Accountant to join their expanding team. This role, based in Central London, is an all-round position that is focused on more the more senior reporting duties. Working within a larger team, this role reports into the Financial Director.

Main duties:

• Assisting with cash flow forecasting
• Assisting with budget preparation
• Assisting with the quarterly forecast process
• Producing year-end accounts
• Creating an audit trial and assisting with any queries
• Maintaining purchase and sales ledgers


Ideal candidate:

• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role : MINIMUM
• Ability to report to a Director level
• Strong on MS Excel
• Solid understanding of management accounts


This role will suit someone who has the ability to get on with the task at hand within a busy organisation.
