Job Information

Cameron James are working with a local leading employer to find an Interim Reward and Benefits Manager to work on a specific consolidation project for them. Working within a fast paced professional services company, this is a busy and key position to lead the harmonisation of reward and benefit terms.

Your key areas of focus will include:

• To review all existing benefits and rewards across the whole group.
• Research and benchmark offerings across all business sectors and propose a single reward and benefit plan.
• Work closely with finance to identify costs and potential impacts on the business
• Work with and guide the wider HR team to define roll out plan and implementation across the business
• Establish a robust monitoring process with the ultimate goal of attracting and retaining new talent.


The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Demonstrable experience of having led on similar Benefit and Reward change projects
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills across all key stakeholders
• Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
• Experience in managing reward budgets
