Job Information
Cameron James are working with a local leading employer to find a 12 month Interim Performance, Review and Reward Advisor to support the HRBPs and L&D team across all performance management and salary review. Working within a fast paced professional services company, this is a busy and key position to lead the improvement of performance management and compliance across the group.Your key areas of focus will include:
• To support day to day management and implementation of Performance Management & Reward across the whole group.
• To manage key external benchmarking activity, and best practice that can be applied and make solid recommendations based on this.
• Support the Annual Salary review process supporting the gathering of information.
• Conduct Monthly Compliance audit to ensure performance reviews are submitted and actioned in a timely fashion.
• Ensuring that all reward and recognition strategies, policies and processes are designed to deliver the highest performance and meet business changing needs.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to understand the needs across the different business units.
• Work with and guide the wider HR team to develop and manage appropriate communications as and when required.
• Support in the preparation of Monthly management reports
• To deliver the highest standards of compliance across all employment laws, regulations and requirements
The Ideal Candidate will have:
• Generalist HR experience with a particular passion for performance management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills across all key stakeholders
• Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards this
• Excellent verbal communication and supportive skills
• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
