A progressive and varied role has just come on to work with one of my key clients following a restructure within the Human Resources, Business Change and Performance Management Service. My client now has opportunities within their Contracts & Payroll Team as they enter an exciting phase for service development. In addition, one of their focuses is to implement a new HR System (Midland I-Trent) which is currently in the process of being transistioned.

The successful postholder(s) will be expected to take ownership of a customer portfolio providing excellent customer service and consistently delivering excellence in quality and quantity of output; in addition to developing strong working relationships and effective partnerships with services, schools and stakeholders.

You will need to have the following knowledge, skills and experience:


• You MUST have Midland I-Trent operational experience/knowledge.
• Relevant HR or Payroll qualification or equivalent demonstrable experience in a similar
demanding role.
• Proven experience of providing customer focused, timely and accurate HR or payroll support.
• Experience of HR and/or payroll in a busy organisation is essential, as is working to and meeting
deadlines.
• Excellent IT skills with a good working Knowledge of using large HR/Payroll system and
Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel.
• Evidence of delivering first class customer service and maintaining positive working relationships.
