SENIOR FINANCE OFFICER - MANCHESTER


A fantastic new opportunity has arose to work within a dynamic, forward thinking and positive environment based in Manchester City Centre. My client is looking to recruit for a Senior Finance Officer to manage the finance function of the growing business on a full time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years’ experience within accounts and be confident in managing all accounts up to trial balance.

MAIN DUTIES
• Experience in preparing and presenting Management Accounts and Budgets/multi-year plans
• Checking bank statements for credits and debits
• Accounts payable including processing of supplier invoices, reconciliation to supplier statements and resolving queries
• Preparing monthly accounts for the Directors
• Accounts Receivable and Credit Control including chasing for payment, issuing reminder letters, resolving or redirecting any queries to the relevant persons, poring cash receipts, overdue debt reporting
• Assist Finance Director with ad-hoc work as required


IDEAL CANDIDATE
• CIMA or ACCA qualified
• Minimum 4 years’ experience of working in a Finance background
• Previous financial control and management reporting experience
