JANUARY START - ACCOUNTS CLERK - SKIPTON

SUMMARY

� 8 week temping
� Temporary, full time, 9am : 5pm
� Skipton based
� Very competitive salary £17,000 - £19,000


£MAIN DUTIES

� Maintain accurate invoicing and payment records
� Matching invoices on the accounting system
� Involvement in regular payment runs
� Regular communication with suppliers
� Liaising with suppliers and other departments to resolve any queries
� Provide assistance and support to the accounts team where necessary
� Working to (and achieving) deadlines to ensure overall team performance
� Reconcile accounts payable transactions
� Provide supporting documentation for audits
� Adhoc accounts administrative duties, not restricted to those above
