An exciting opportunity has arose for an experienced Lettings Office administrator to join a rapidly growing and forward thinking Lettings Company based in Manchester. My client is looking for someone who can come onboard with a background and understanding of lettings who will fit in well with the team. My client is quite open in terms of experience, if you have at least 1 years experience within such a role however you have a very dedicated and ambitious personaility this is something that will be considered! This role is perfect for someone looking to increase their knowledge and / or looking to develop a career within lettings.

DUTIES

• Lettings administration
• Assisting other members of the team
• Liaising with tenants
• Reception work
• Taking over the phone payments
• Booking in viewings
• Maintaining the diary
• Managing property portfolio’s
• Liaising with solicitors and seeking legal advice if needed
• Enforcing situations to court if necessary
