Cameron James are looking for an IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE temporary HR Administrator for a well-known manufacturer in the Wigan area. Initially for a 3-month period this is a great company to have on your CV!



Main Duties:



• Assisting with recruitment administration this includes CV sifting, advertising and inviting for interview.



• Assisting HR with pre-employment checks, chasing references and ensuring that every starter receives a starter pack and a planned induction journey.

• Setting up new starter records and archiving leavers



• Assisting the HR Manager with issuing contracts, offer letters and carrying out HR processing as and when required.

• Supporting the HR Team with intranet and HR System updates

• Issuing ex-employee references

• Taking notes in disciplinary, capability or grievance meetings



The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Previous experience of using a HR database and Microsoft Office packages

• Ideally CIPD qualified

• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills



• Previous experience of working in a Generalist HR Administrator role within a busy office environment- ideally acting as first line advice

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines

• Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
