Cameron James Professional Recruitment are working with a Professional Services organisation who are looking to appoint a Learning & Development Consultant. The Learning & Development Consultant will look after all elements of the learning cycle within the Learning Academy and will design, deliver and evaluate a variety of bespoke classroom, coaching and e-learning solutions.Responsibilities:
Learning Cycle
Implement and monitor Learning Needs Analysis that benchmarks current individual and group competence as well as identifying areas for future development.
Using a variety of feedback channels, determine the most effective way of doing things ensuring this is reflected in delivery.
e-Learning
Ownership of the the e-learning function (Articulate) and the concept of a Learning Management System
Coaching
Β· This role will increasingly involve coaching on a 121 basis across the business.
Classroom Delivery
Β· Delivery of bespoke learning sessions
Performance Management
Ownership of Performance Management Programme
Person Specification:
Competent and confident learning provider, capable of delivering blended learning programmes
A strong background of designing and delivering solutions within a service driven environment
Experience with Articulate e-learning software is essential
Experience in taking a learning brief and independently designing appropriate learning solutions
Ability to multi-task with several projects simultaneously.
Experience with the design and implementation of Performance Management systems, including competency frameworks
Experience with Creative Thinking techniques would be a distinct advantage
Ability to engage and drive results through people
Ability to work independently
