Senior Insurance Product Manager
Location: Lincoln
Salary: £45K - £50K depending on experience


About the position

Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a brilliant, dynamic Senior Insurance Product Manager to join our team of Insurance Underwriting Experts.

Working across the brands of Commercial Property Insurance our clients underwriting team is a central point for proactively identifying product changes and driving them through the product life cycle, bringing new ideas to life.

As a key member of the Underwriting Team, you'll be working closely with the Commercial Sales Director, Product Manager and manage the Underwriter & Product Controller.

You'll be responsible for building strong connections with the internal teams and external partners across the company working smartly for a joined up, collaborative approach.

When you are not bringing a new product or change to life, you'll be liaising with the Sales and Customer Service teams to find out what customer's think about the products and identifying changes that will make a difference to their lives and make our products the best in the market.

About You

• At least 5 years’ general insurance expertise working within personal lines at a senior level managing and maintaining product development projects and portfolios
• The ability to liaise across all levels of the business for timely delivery of change
• Familiarity with Insurer contracts, trading agreements and Product Governance

They offer a competitive salary of up to £50K (dependent on experience), bonus up to 25%. Generous benefits package with 25 days rising to 27 days plus bank holidays.

Working in a newly built office within the city centre with free car parking.
