Claims Manager
Location : Stevenage
Salary - £30,000 + 26 Days Holiday + Flexible Benefits +++

Due to their success they now have an opportunity for a Claims Manager to join their team.

Duties of the Claims Manager:

� Lead, motivate and develop a team of Claims Handlers
� Driving a high performance culture within the team
� Deliver effective and proactive communications when negotiating, focusing on claims resolution to optimise settlement times
� Manage fraud and QA
� Support the Underwriting function in the acquiring and retention of business by way of client meetings/presentations
� Ensure the customers receive the highest levels of customer service

Requirements of the Claims Manager role:

� Effective and experienced leader of Claims Handlers
� Thorough knowledge of Commercial Insurance product lines
� Thorough knowledge of UK claims, market practices and legislation
� Ability to correctly interpret policy cover, and assist others to make the correct decision
� Ability to apply a high level of self-management.
� Enthusiasm and passion for strong customer service
� Excellent analytical, verbal and written skills
� ACII/FCII qualified, or significant progression towards
