PURCHASE LEDGER CLERK : LEEDS
A new and exciting position has just arisen for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a rapidly growing business and their successful accounts team. The position has come up due to the company expansion and requirements meaning this is a brand new role to work for a progressive and fast paced company. You should have previous purchase ledger experience and preferably knowledge of Sage 50.

SUMMARY

• 37.5 hours per week (Mon : Fri)
• Progression
• Leeds based : good transport links
• Competitive salary - £16,000 - £18,000

KEY DUTIES

• High volume invoicing
• Matching, batching and coding of invoices
• Reconciling delivery notes to invoices and purchase orders
• Bank reconciliation
• Taking incoming calls from clients
• Managing and maintaining petty cash and credit card receipts etc

IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Purchase Ledger Clerk and also the drive to learn and excel within the role.
