Project Manager Insurance : Personal Lines Insurance : Fixed term Contract 6 months : possible extension for future projects : Cheshire

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing specialist Personal Lines insurance provider in Cheshire. Our client is looking for a for a candidate who is available immediately to assist the operations board in the delivery of a new product in April 2016.

Personal Lines experience of project management in the Insurance Industry would be advantageous.

Qualities required Skills, Experience & Knowledge

Proven decision making ability is essential

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience of working with senior management
• Awareness of market trends in Insurance & the IT industry

• Proven experience of managing relationships with 3rd parties
• Responsible for setting and managing the quality of deliverables for projects.
• Responsible for ensuring all testing is carried out and reviewed and approved between appropriate parties.
• Ensure the delivered technical solution meets the requirements of the quality framework standards and strategy.
• Ensure the delivered project meets the needs of the business as specified in the original requirements and that the agreed quality standards have been met.
• Responsible for ensuring that the delivered project is maintainable met and handed over with appropriate documentation to the support teams.
