Cameron James Professional recruitment are currently recruiting for an organisation that is looking for a Purchase Administrator to work within the Surrey area on a permanent basis.

You will be assisting the Purchasing Office Manager with day to day tasks that include organising Purchase Orders, confirming delivery times, tracking orders, ensuring all product numbers are correct and liaising with the purchasing team with various administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar purchasing and administration position previously, as well as have an excellent telephone manner. They will also have experience with Microsoft office including EXCEL. The key characteristics for the ideal candidate will also posses an exceptional eye for detail, they need to be highly organised and the ability to manage multiple tasks alongside each other.

THIS IS AN URGENT POSITION AND NEED SOMEONE WHO CAN BE IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the receipt of all Purchase orders
• Communicating with Suppliers for confirmation of all Purchase orders, updating the purchase orders with information provided.
• Detailing and Maintaining the Purchase Print
• Providing Delivery dates for Customer Back Orders
• Ensure all product information for these product ranges are checked and maintained.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Administration skills
• Experience in Microsoft Office.
• Good communicator.

• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work unsupervised or in a team responding to team deadlines.
