Our client a world leading management consultancy company based in the West End; have a fantastic opening for an experienced Revenue Accountant to join their finance team.

Reporting into the Financial Controller for the UK, the Revenue Team Leader will be responsible for the following:

• Day to day management of a team of junior staff
• Managing all aspects of the revenue reporting
• Reporting on client profitability
• Forecasting
• WIP management
• Ensuring that the billing system and billing process is timely, accurate and effective
• Ad hoc analysis and reporting
• Revenue forecasting
• Month end close
• Leading the weekly sales meetings

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Experience of a professional services environment
• Have a strong accounting background
• Previous revenue accounting experience
• A proven track record in a fast paced and deadline driven role
• Really strong attention to detail, highly numerical and accurate.
• Commercial minded
• Able to communicate effectively, develop and build relationships throughout the business internally and externally at all levels.
• Be positive, enthusiastic and be able to lead / motivate their team.
• Be highly analytical
